Terms of Service

By accessing or using BeeAttune (the website or the mobile app), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
BeeAttune provides stress, mindfulness, and wellness features, including health tracking, journaling, AI insights, and guided exercises. The app and website are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional care. Features may change or be removed at any time.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use BeeAttune. You are responsible for your account and login details. Notify us at info@beeattune.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Health data consent
If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, you authorise us to read only the metrics you select (e.g. heart rate, HRV, steps, sleep, mindful minutes). Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We use it only for in-app insights such as stress trends, readiness, and streak protection. We do not sell or share health data.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of journal entries, notes, and other content you create. You grant BeeAttune a limited licence to store, process, and display that content only to provide the app’s features.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.
- Access or interfere with another user’s account or data.
- Disrupt the app, website, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app or backend.
6. Fees
Paid subscriptions and pricing are shown in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account; that removes your stored data from our systems.
8. Disclaimers
BeeAttune is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your exact needs. The app and website are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeAttune and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeAttune and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
