BeeAttune respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Account information such as name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Wellness and engagement data you provide in the app (journal entries, insights, preferences).
• Health metrics you explicitly authorize, including heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, active energy burned, body temperature, sleep sessions, and mindful minutes.
• Diagnostic, device, and crash reports that help us maintain the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve BeeAttune's services, deliver personalized wellness insights, administer content, and ensure security and integrity. We do not sell personal information or health data.

Health Data Handling and Storage

When you connect BeeAttune to your device's health platform, your selected metrics are synced to a secure database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the authenticated account. We never share or sell health data and only process it to provide stress insights, trends, and streak protection features.

Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the BeeAttune app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). This triggers a process that removes your user profile, journal entries, health data, and related insights from our storage. Revoking health permissions stops new syncs. You may also email us to request data access, export, or deletion.
